Enjoy free shipping in Hong Kong for orders over HKD 300! For orders below HKD 300, an additional HKD 50 shipping fee applies, automatically added at checkout.

Delivery Service

We offer shipping exclusively to Hong Kong via SF Express. For inquiries, email us at hello@kaanliving.com or use the chatbox at the bottom right of our website to leave a message. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking code and details.

Shipping to Taiwan and Singapore is also available. For more details or to arrange shipping to these locations, please contact us.

Items will be delivered within 3-5 working days. For specific delivery dates or times, contact us at [hello@kaanliving.com] or via the chatbox, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Ensure your delivery address is accurate; KAAN LIVING is not responsible for delays due to errors. Delivery may be affected by unforeseen events (e.g., severe weather), and we’ll notify you promptly.
 
Order Confirmation
 
We’ll confirm your order via email and update you on shipping status. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled or modified. To request changes or cancellation, email [hello@kaanliving.com] or message us via the chatbox ASAP—success depends on whether items are packed or shipped.
 
Order Reservation Rights
 
KAAN LIVING reserves the right to decline orders, including due to payment issues, stock shortages, shipping restrictions, or quality control failures requiring withdrawal. If declined, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund.
 


Returns and Exchanges
 
Quality Feedback

Your feedback matters! For quality concerns, email [hello@kaanliving.com] or message via the chatbox within 2 weeks of delivery with the product barcode, expiry date, name, and issue details.

Return Conditions
 
Returns or exchanges due to quality issues must be reported within 14 days of receipt, with unused items returned. Upon verification, we’ll process a refund or replacement. Non-quality reasons (e.g., change of mind) are not eligible for returns.
 
Return Process
 
Contact us before returning items and follow our instructions. Shipping costs depend on the case: KAAN LIVING covers quality-related returns; otherwise, they’re at your expense.
